Static pressure prefabricated pipe pile composite structure and construction method thereof
The static pressure prefabricated pipe pile combined structure comprises a pipe pile body and a static pressure pile machine, the lower end of the pipe pile body is connected with a pile head and a power assembly, the power assembly comprises a rotating disc, the rotating disc is rotationally connected to the lower side face of the pile head, a spray head is arranged below the rotating disc, and a water cavity is formed in the rotating disc; a flow guide hole is formed in the side wall of the pile head, and the upper end of the flow guide hole is connected with a power pipe through a self-falling-off power communication valve, the high-pressure water pump is started, so that the high-pressure water pump applies water pressure smaller than the elastic force of a spring to the power pipe, and at the moment, the rotating disc, the spray head and the blades can be driven to rotate; a soil layer below the pipe pile main body is cut and crushed by using a high-pressure water column sprayed by the spray head and the blade; after settlement is finished, water pressure larger than the elastic force of the spring is applied to the power pipe through the high-pressure water pump, at the moment, the spring bolt is separated from the interior of the clamping groove, the upper valve body is separated from the lower valve body, the power pipe is separated from the pile head, and recovery of the power pipe is completed.
本发明公开了一种静压预制管桩组合结构及其施工工法,包括管桩主体以及静压桩机,管桩主体的下端连接有桩头、动力组件,动力组件包括转盘,转盘转动连接在桩头的下侧面上,转盘的下方设有喷头,转盘的内部开有水腔,桩头的侧壁上开有导流孔,导流孔的上端通过自脱落动力联通阀连接有动力管,本发明通过启动高压水泵,致使高压水泵向动力管施加小于弹簧弹力的水压,此时能够驱动转盘、喷头以及刀片转动,利用喷头喷射的高压水柱以及刀片对管桩主体下方的土层进行切割破碎;沉降结束后,利用高压水泵对动力管施加大于弹簧弹力的水压,此时锁舌从卡槽的内部脱离,致使上阀体与下阀体分离,即实现将动力管与桩头分离,完成对动力管的回收。
