Grouting-free recyclable anchor rod based on electromagnetic effect and construction method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of anchor rod supporting, and provides a grouting-free recoverable anchor rod based on the electromagnetic effect and a construction method thereof.The grouting-free recoverable anchor rod comprises an electromagnet assembly, a permanent magnet assembly and a rotary telescopic assembly; the electromagnet assembly comprises a threaded rotating shaft, a coil and an anchor rod body. The threaded rotating shaft is connected with the anchor rod body; the permanent magnet assembly surrounds the outside of the anchor rod body; the permanent magnet assembly is provided with a channel. The rotary telescopic assembly comprises a chain type blade and a gear; the gear is fixed on the anchor rod body; the chain type blade comprises a plurality of hinged blade units, each blade unit is meshed with the gear, one end of the chain type blade is a fixed end, and the other end of the chain type blade is a movable end; and the blade units of the chain type blade centrifugally move to penetrate through the channel one by one and be embedded into the soft soil foundation, or centripetally move to retract from the soft soil foundation one by one. The anti-pulling and anti-pressure characteristics of the anchor rod are effectively improved, and cyclic utilization of the anchor rod is achieved.
