The invention provides a supporting method for preventing deformation of a foundation pit, which comprises the following steps: S1, constructing supporting piles: constructing on the inner side of a vertical supporting structure of the foundation pit, the supporting piles comprising a vertical pile and at least two inclined piles; s2, a supporting beam is constructed, specifically, construction is conducted at the bottom of back pressure soil reserved in a passive area, and the two ends of the supporting beam abut against the supporting piles and the inner wall of the foundation pit vertical supporting structure correspondingly; and S3, the back pressure soil is excavated, and a foundation bed and a foundation bottom plate of the underground structure are constructed. According to the supporting method, the construction efficiency of the foundation slab can be improved, the foundation cushion layer and the foundation slab obtained through construction are of an integrated structure, and the structural continuity and strength of the foundation slab are effectively improved; the supporting piles and the supporting beams do not need to be dismantled, the problem that an outer wall anti-leakage weak point is formed due to dismantling of the inclined throwing support is solved, the supporting piles and the supporting beams can vertically support the foundation cushion layer and the foundation base plate, and the stability of a building structure is improved.
