Reinforcing structure of existing retaining wall and reinforcing method thereof
The reinforcing structure comprises an anchoring assembly, the anchoring assembly comprises an insertion pipe and a fin plate, one end of the insertion pipe is inserted into the existing retaining wall, the other end of the insertion pipe is obliquely downwards anchored in a soil body on the rear side of the existing retaining wall, the two opposite sides of the head end of the fin plate are connected to the outer wall of the insertion pipe correspondingly, and the fin plate is arranged on the outer wall of the insertion pipe; a gap is formed between the middle of the head end of the fin plate and the outer wall of the insertion pipe, a slurry outlet is formed in the insertion pipe and is aligned to the side, facing the insertion pipe, of the fin plate, and slurry is injected into the insertion pipe in a pressed mode; one side of the base extends to the outer portion of the front side of the existing retaining wall, the back pressure base is poured to the outer portion of the front side of the existing retaining wall and wraps one side of the base, and the side portion of the back pressure base is supported on the lower portion of the front side of the existing retaining wall; and the supporting pile is arranged in the soil body outside the front side of the existing retaining wall in a driving manner and is anchored in the back pressure base. The problems that when an existing retaining wall is reinforced through drilling grouting, the construction period is long, and the manufacturing cost is increased are solved.
本发明公开了一种既有挡土墙的加固结构及其加固方法,包括:锚固组件,包括插管和翅板,插管的一端插设于既有挡土墙中,插管的另一端斜向下锚固于既有挡土墙的后侧的土体中,翅板的头端的相对两侧分别连接于插管的外壁,翅板的头端的中部与插管的外壁之形成有间隙,插管开设有出浆口,出浆口对准于翅板的面向插管的一侧,插管内压注有浆液;反压基座,底座的一侧伸至既有挡土墙的前侧的外部,反压基座浇筑于既有挡土墙的前侧的外部且包覆于底座一侧,反压基座的侧部支撑于既有挡土墙的前侧的下部;支承桩,打设于既有挡土墙的前侧的外部的土体中且锚固于反压基座中。本发明解决了既有挡土墙采用钻孔注浆进行加固时,施工工期长且造价增多的问题。
