Multi-layer synchronously-poured reinforced concrete fabricated frame structure and construction method
The invention discloses a multi-layer synchronously-poured reinforced concrete fabricated frame structure and a construction method. The multi-layer synchronously-poured reinforced concrete fabricated frame structure comprises a plurality of cast-in-place cup foundations, prefabricated frame columns rigidly connected with the cup foundations, prefabricated frame column reinforcing steel bars at the elevation positions of floors, and post-pouring of concrete. Embedded parts are arranged at the positions, located at the lower elevation positions of the frame beams, of the column edges, and steel corbels are welded and used for temporarily fixing the prefabricated superposed frame beams; a plurality of secondary beams are arranged between the frame beams; the floor support plate is laid on the primary and secondary beams; concrete of the beam-column joint area, the frame beam laminated layer and the floor on the same layer can be poured synchronously, and multiple layers can be poured synchronously under the condition that lateral stability is met. The whole structure system does not need additional vertical supports and formworks during construction, and construction is convenient and fast. Synchronous laying of multi-layer floor system components and synchronous pouring of floor concrete can be achieved, and the construction period can be greatly shortened; the use efficiency of labor force and materials is effectively improved, and the construction cost is remarkably reduced.
本发明公开了多层同步浇筑的钢筋混凝土装配式框架结构及施工方法,包括若干现浇的杯口基础,与杯口基础刚性连接的预制框架柱,楼层标高处的预制框架柱钢筋贯通,混凝土后浇;柱边位于框架梁下标高处设置埋件,焊接钢牛腿,用于临时固定预制叠合框架梁;框架梁之间设置若干次梁;楼承板铺设在主次梁之上;同层梁柱节点域、框架梁叠合层、楼面的混凝土可同步浇筑,且在侧向稳定满足的条件下,多层可同步浇筑。整个结构体系施工中无需额外的竖向支撑,无需支模,施工便捷快速。可以实现多层楼面系统构件的同步铺设,楼面混凝土的同步浇筑,可大幅压缩施工工期;有效提升劳动力和材料的使用效率,显著降低施工成本。
