The connecting joint can be used for column-beam connection and column-column connection of common square timber, log timber structures and laminated timber structures. The traditional bar planting technology and the traditional bar sleeve grouting technology are abandoned, and the requirement of bar planting connection is met by utilizing a mechanical structure, so that the traditional mortise and tenon joint can be applied to modern wood structure buildings.
本发明提供了一种可快速装配的木结构榫卯连接节点及其装配方法。本发明利用燕尾榫、燕尾卯口、带棘爪的植筋套筒装配组件、拉紧安装套筒、卡拉销轴和专门的调节工具,使得上木柱和下木柱能采用机械连接方式快速紧密挤压连接,形成可靠的框架梁柱榫卯连接节点和柱拼接榫卯连接节点;且在交界面涂刷粘接剂,能使梁柱相互加压而形成完整的不脱榫节点,框架节点更加安全可靠。本发明的连接节点可用于普通方木、原木结构、胶合木结构的柱‑梁连接、柱‑柱连接。本发明摒弃了传统植筋技术和钢筋套筒灌浆技术,利用机械构造,达到植筋连接的要求,以使传统的榫卯连接节点能应用于现代木构建筑之上。
