The particle damping unit (4) comprises a particle damping cavity (5), three kinds of particle balls with different sizes and a foaming rubber pad (9). When the vibration amplitude of the structure is small, the particle balls extrude the foaming rubber pad and roll to consume energy; when the vibration amplitude of the structure is large, the particle balls extrude the foamed rubber through collision to dissipate energy. Compared with the prior art, while a staged energy consumption mechanism is achieved, the problems that a traditional tuned mass damper is narrow in vibration reduction frequency band and large in movement stroke, and noise is generated due to particle collision are solved.
