Double-flywheel resettable inertia damper
The invention belongs to the technical field of structural energy dissipation and shock absorption (vibration), and relates to a double-flywheel resettable inertia damper which is a passive energy dissipation and shock absorption (vibration) device capable of being applied to small and medium-sized civil structures and used for restraining vibration of the structures under the earthquake action or wind load. The device is realized by matching a ball screw transmission system, a double-flywheel one-way rotating system and an eddy current damping system. The damper provides inertia force and damping force in the stage that the speed of the structure exceeds the speed of the flywheel in the reciprocating motion process of the structure, control force is not provided in other stages, meanwhile, the flywheel decelerates and brakes in the time period, and therefore the structure can continuously obtain the inertia force and the damping force in the acceleration stage during reciprocating motion; and the stability and reliability of passive control and the high performance of instantaneous optimal control are integrated.
本发明属于结构消能减震(振)技术领域,涉及到一种双飞轮可重置惯性阻尼器,是一种可应用于中小型土木结构中的被动消能减震(振)器,用来抑制结构在地震作用或风荷载下的振动。该装置由滚珠丝杠传动系统、双飞轮单向转动系统与电涡流阻尼系统配套实现。本发明保证了在结构往复运动过程中阻尼器在结构速度大小超越飞轮速度阶段提供惯性力和阻尼力,其余阶段不提供控制力,同时飞轮在该时间段内减速制动,使得结构往复运动时可以持续在加速阶段获得惯性力和阻尼力,兼具了被动控制的稳定可靠和瞬时最优控制的高性能。
