The invention discloses a fabricated shear wall connecting mechanism and method.The connecting mechanism comprises a fixing end and a connecting end, the fixing end comprises a first connecting plate, a first extension column and a first assembling plate, and four inserting holes are evenly formed in the middle of the end face of the first assembling plate; the connecting end comprises a second connecting plate, a second extension column and a second assembling plate; four inserting columns are uniformly arranged in the middle of the end surface of the second assembling plate; pressure sensors are arranged at the bottoms of the four inserting holes, and whether the two shear walls are assembled perfectly or not is judged according to pressure values collected by the pressure sensors in the four inserting holes. The assembly method comprises the steps of S1 to S13. The scheme is used for the assembly process of the assembly type shear walls, and the assembly alignment precision of each assembly type shear wall is ensured; the shear walls are stably assembled, the overall strength of the assembly type shear wall is effectively improved, and the mechanical property is excellent.
