Novel light floor slab of modular integrated building
The invention provides a novel light floor slab of a modular integrated building. The novel light floor slab comprises a bottom sealing steel plate, a steel frame beam, a steel purline, a steel column, foamed concrete, a damping layer, a waterproof breathable film and a fiber cement plate. The bottom sealing steel plates, the steel frame beams and the steel purlins jointly form an overall frame of the floor, the steel columns are located at the four corners of the steel frame beams, the connecting plates are arranged on the steel columns, the upper floor and the lower floor are connected and fixed through high-strength bolts penetrating through the connecting plates, the steel frame beams are filled with the foamed concrete, and the damping layer is laid on the foamed concrete. The waterproof breathable film is laid on the damping layer, and the fiber cement board is laid on the waterproof breathable film. The self weight of the floor slab is reduced by adopting light materials, and the problem that a traditional cast-in-place concrete floor slab is large in self weight is solved. The floor slab is integrally formed in a factory in an assembly mode, the construction quality is guaranteed, meanwhile, the workload of cast-in-place is reduced, the construction efficiency is improved, construction waste and material waste on a construction site are reduced, and the environment friendliness is good.
本发明提供了一种模块化集成建筑的新型轻质楼板,包括封底钢板、钢框架梁、钢檩条、钢柱、发泡混凝土、减震层、防水透气膜及纤维水泥板。该封底钢板、钢框架梁及钢檩条共同组合成一个楼板的整体框架,其中,钢柱位于钢框架梁的四角处,钢柱上设有连接板,上下两个楼板通过于连接板中穿过高强螺栓连接固定,发泡混凝土填充于钢框架梁内,减震层铺设在发泡混凝土上,防水透气膜铺设在减震层上,纤维水泥板铺设在防水透气膜上。本发明通过采用轻质材料来减小楼板自重,克服了传统现浇混凝土楼板自重大的问题。楼板在工厂装配式整体成型,保证了施工质量的同时减少了现场浇筑的工作量,提升了施工效率,减少施工现场建筑垃圾及材料浪费,环保性好。
