The invention discloses a systematized stand column mold assembling structure which comprises a first mold face, a second mold face, a third mold face and a fourth mold face, the first mold face is provided with a plurality of first stand columns arranged at intervals, a first clamping plate space is arranged between every two adjacent first stand columns, at least one first mold clamping plate is stacked in each first clamping plate space, and at least one first stop plate is arranged on each first mold clamping plate; the second mold surface is arranged on the other opposite side of the first mold surface, the second mold surface is provided with a plurality of second vertical rods which are arranged at intervals and correspond to the first vertical rods, a second clamping plate space is formed between every two adjacent second vertical rods, at least one second mold clamping plate is arranged in each second clamping plate space in a stacked mode, and at least one second stopping plate is arranged on each second mold clamping plate; a grouting space is formed between the first mold surface and the second mold surface; the two ends of each jacking screw are each provided with a jacking and pushing screw cylinder in a screwed mode. The invention further discloses an assembling method of the systematic stand column module assembling structure, the grouting space of the preset building wall can be formed through the first module face and the second module face, the modularized structure can be used for assembling on site, and operation time, manpower and materials are saved.
本发明公开了系统化立柱组模结构,包含第一模面,其设多个间隔设置的第一立杆,相邻第一立杆间分别设一第一夹板空间,第一夹板空间叠设至少一第一模夹板,第一模夹板上设至少一第一挡止板;第二模面,其设于第一模面相对另一侧,第二模面具有多个间隔设置、且对应第一立杆的第二立杆,相邻第二立杆间形成有第二夹板空间,第二夹板空间叠设有至少一第二模夹板,第二模夹板上设至少一第二挡止板,令第一模面与第二模面间形成一灌浆空间;多个顶撑螺杆,其两端分别螺设有一顶推螺筒。本发明还公开了系统化立柱组模结构的组立方法,其能利用第一/二模面形成预定建筑墙面的灌浆空间,可供现场使用模块化结构进行组立,节省作业时间与人力及材料。
