The gravity type through-wall-free reinforcing device comprises two formworks which are vertically arranged on a floor plate and adjustable in height, the two formworks are oppositely arranged, the top ends of the formworks extend to the positions above the tops of infilled walls, the two opposite sides of the formworks abut against the two adjacent infilled walls correspondingly, and the two adjacent formworks are connected with the two adjacent infilled walls correspondingly. A pouring space used for pouring the corner constructional column is defined by the two formworks and the two infilled walls; the two balance weight bases are installed on the floor support plate, the two balance weight bases are connected to the outer sides of the bottom ends of the two formworks respectively, the balance weight bases are connected with vertical rods, and the vertical rods abut against the outer sides of the formworks; and the tying assembly comprises two pressing and abutting pieces and pull rods, the two pressing and abutting pieces abut against the outer sides of the top ends of the two templates respectively, and the pull rods are connected between the two opposite ends of the two pressing and abutting pieces respectively. The problem that the construction efficiency is low due to the fact that the formwork reinforcing method that the constructional column at the corner penetrates through the constructional column to be oppositely pulled on the two sides is adopted is solved.
本发明公开了一种用于转角构造柱的重力式免穿墙加固装置及其施工方法,包括:竖设于楼层板且高度可调的两模板,两模板相对设置,模板的顶端伸至填充墙的顶部的上方,模板的相对两侧分别抵靠于相邻的两填充墙,两模板与两填充墙之间围合形成用于浇筑转角构造柱的浇筑空间;安装于楼承板的两配重底座,两配重底座分别连接于两模板的底端的外侧,配重底座连接有立杆,立杆抵靠于模板的外侧;拉结组件,包括两压抵件和拉杆,两压抵件分别抵靠于两模板的顶端的外侧,两压抵件的相对两端之间分别连接有拉杆。本发明解决了转角处构造柱采用穿过构造柱进行两边对拉的模板加固方法存在施工效率低的问题。
