The invention discloses a kiln tail concrete-filled steel tube column reinforcing device and method.The reinforcing device comprises a to-be-reinforced concrete-filled steel tube column, an original beam column joint ring plate, a plurality of vertical rib plates and a plurality of non-bending outer side sealing plates, the vertical edge of one side of each vertical rib plate is fixedly connected with the concrete-filled steel tube column, and the vertical edge of the other side of each vertical rib plate is fixedly connected with the original beam column joint ring plate; the outer side sealing plates are fixedly connected with the two adjacent vertical rib plates, all the vertical rib plates and the outer side sealing plates define a closed regular polygon with the concrete-filled steel tube column as the center, and grouting materials are injected into the concrete-filled steel tube column and the outer side sealing plates.
