The adjusting device is used in the tower body lifting method. According to the adjusting device for the tower body of the communication lifting tower and the tower body lifting method, the upper tower body is lifted in a short distance through the lifting mechanism, the upper tower body is intermittently descended at equal intervals through the descending mechanism, meanwhile, the tower body can be guided through the guide wheels in the lifting process, and therefore fine adjustment of the height of the upper tower body is achieved; a tower crane or a crane does not need to be continuously used for lifting, and operators are reduced.
