The invention discloses a door lock safety clutch mechanism and a door lock, and the door lock safety clutch mechanism comprises a rotating part connected with a lock cylinder on the door lock; the clutch piece comprises a first fixed end and a first movable end, and the clutch piece is pivoted with a base body of the door lock based on the first fixed end; a blocking part is arranged at the first movable end, and is used for abutting against a lock head on a door lock; one end of the connecting rod piece is connected with the rotating piece, and the other end is connected with the clutch piece; the first movable end is provided with a first position and a second position, and at the first position, the blocking part abuts against a lock head on the door lock so as to prevent the lock head from returning to the unlocking state; at the second position, the blocking part is separated from the lock head, so that the lock head can move freely; the rotating piece drives the clutch piece to rotate from the first position to the second position through the connecting rod piece. The door lock using the door lock safety clutch mechanism is simple in structure, complex and precise mold opening design is not needed, and therefore the design cost and the assembly cost are effectively saved.
