The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing external decorative layer cement mortar and external reinforcing layer cement mortar; step 2, first injection molding; 3, preparing inner decorative layer cement mortar and inner reinforcing layer cement mortar; and step 4, injection molding. According to the scheme, the outer decoration layer, the outer reinforcing layer, the foam concrete core layer, the inner reinforcing layer and the inner decoration layer form an integrated structure, in the cast-in-place process, through the multiple layers of glass wool cloth between the outer decoration layer and the outer reinforcing layer, excessive water in the outer reinforcing layer is prevented from immersing into the outer decoration layer, water in the external wall panel can be kept, and the service life of the external wall panel is prolonged. Therefore, the phenomenon of drying shrinkage deformation of the external wall panel is reduced.
