Honeycomb interlayer composite structure thermal protection material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a thermal protection material with a honeycomb sandwich composite structure and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: step 1, preparing a wrinkled core; step 2, bonding the wrinkled core with the upper panel; step 3, preparing a honeycomb structure; 4, bonding the honeycomb structure with the fold structure; and 5, preparing the ceramic-based upper panel with the double-layer sandwich structure. Two interlayer modes of a honeycomb structure and a fold structure are combined, the heat insulation performance of the composite material is fully utilized, the heat insulation performance of the composite material is further improved by laying a material with good high temperature resistance while light weight is achieved, and light weight, high temperature resistance and good heat insulation performance are achieved while the mechanical property is guaranteed. And after the fluid channel of the fold structure can further consume heat, the honeycomb structure is used for further heat insulation so as to ensure the stability of the structure, and the preparation method provided by the invention is simple and easy to operate.
本发明公开了一种蜂窝夹层组合结构热防护材料及其制备方法,包括如下步骤:步骤一、褶皱芯子制备;步骤二、褶皱芯子与上面板粘接;步骤三、蜂窝结构制备;骤四、蜂窝结构与褶皱结构粘接;步骤五、双层夹芯结构的陶瓷基上面板制备。本发明结合了蜂窝结构和褶皱结构这两种夹层方式,充分利用其隔热性能,在实现轻量化的同时,也铺设耐高温性能较好的材料进一步提高材料的隔热性能,在保证力学性能的同时,实现了轻质、耐高温,并且褶皱结构的流体通道能进一步消耗热量之后,由蜂窝结构作进一步隔热,以保证结构的稳定性,且本发明提供的制备方法简单易操作。
