The invention relates to the field of high-strength concrete, and particularly discloses tunnel high-strength sprayed concrete and a preparation method thereof, and the tunnel high-strength sprayed concrete comprises the following raw materials by weight: 100-180 parts of cement, 60-90 parts of water, 260-500 parts of aggregate, 0.1-0.35 part of a coupling agent, 20-35 parts of setting control particles, and 30-50 parts of reinforcing particles; the reinforced particles comprise cyclodextrin and a composite admixture. The preparation method of the sprayed concrete comprises the following steps: S1, preparation of reinforced particles: dissolving cyclodextrin in water to form a saturated aqueous solution, adding a composite admixture, stirring for inclusion, and drying to obtain the reinforced particles; and S2, uniformly premixing the coagulation regulating particles, the reinforcing particles and the coupling agent, adding the mixture into cement and aggregate, finally adding water, and uniformly stirring to obtain the sprayed concrete. The obtained sprayed concrete not only has good compressive strength, can meet the performance requirement of high strength, but also has excellent flowability and good pumpability.
