The invention relates to heat-resistant concrete suitable for a high-ground-temperature tunnel secondary lining. The heat-resistant concrete comprises the following components in parts by mass: 250-320 parts of low-heat Portland cement, 60-120 parts of a mineral admixture, 950-1150 parts of coarse aggregate, 650-850 parts of machine-made sand, 5-35 parts of micro aggregate, 0-2.0 parts of a hydration heat inhibitor, 3.6-4.4 parts of a high-temperature adaptive water reducing agent, 0-0.04 part of a defoaming agent and 145-160 parts of water, and the air content of a mixture entering a mold is less than or equal to 4%. Compared with the prior art, the product provided by the invention has the technical advantages of small workability loss, low later strength damage and good crack resistance in a high ground temperature environment.
