The invention discloses a preparation method of lime-free molybdenum tailing autoclaved aerated concrete. The autoclaved aerated concrete is prepared from the following raw materials: 100 to 150 parts of molybdenum tailings, 40 to 60 parts of water-quenched slag, 30 to 50 parts of cement, 5 to 10 parts of waste slurry, 8 to 15 parts of gypsum, 2 to 6 parts of aluminum powder paste, 0.1 to 0.5 part of a water reducing agent, 0.5 to 1 part of a modifier, 0.5 to 1 part of an additive and 200 to 250 parts of water. The molybdenum tailings and the water-quenched slag are used for replacing traditional siliceous materials such as river sand and fly ash to prepare the autoclaved aerated concrete, so that the environmental problem caused by stockpiling of the molybdenum tailings can be solved, waste is turned into wealth, meanwhile, the water-quenched slag is reasonably utilized, the production cost is reduced, and a good effect is achieved on sustainable development of the society. The prepared autoclaved aerated concrete has good water resistance, oil resistance and compression resistance, meanwhile, the seawater corrosion resistance is good, and the autoclaved aerated concrete can be used in the marine environment.
