The water-based printing process provided by the invention comprises the following steps: firstly coating a water-based white prime coat, then coating a water-based transparent floating coat, then carrying out water-based inorganic pigment ink inkjet printing, and finally coating a water-based transparent top coat. The decorative plate is prepared by adopting a cement decorative plate as a base material through the water-based printing process, so that the decorative plate has good weather resistance and mechanical properties. According to the invention, by improving the construction process, the spraying process and the formula of the paint and the ink, the weather resistance of a coating system for inkjet printing is better, the drying temperature in the process flow is reduced, and the product color is brighter and brighter by improving the formula of the inkjet ink and the paint.
