According to the invention, the methods of tailing raw materials, coarseness, incomplete sintering and porosity improvement are adopted, so that the wear resistance of the ball center is reduced, the purpose of quickly wearing and eliminating the ball center is achieved, space is vacated for a mill so as to add new balls, and the influence of low grinding efficiency of the mill caused by too many small ceramic ball center balls is reduced.
本发明公开了一种球心会快速磨损的陶瓷球,包括球体,球体从内到外依次为球心层、过渡层、球壳层;球心层包括以下质量百分比的原料:球心辅料30~70%和球壳原料30~70%;过渡层包括以下质量百分比的原料:球心辅料15~35%和球壳原料65~85%;球壳层的原料包括球壳原料;球心辅料包括球心原料和造孔剂,球心原料包括以下质量百分比的原料:球壳原料由制备耐磨陶瓷制备而成。本发明中采用了尾矿原料、粗粒度、不完全烧结和提高孔率的方法,达到了降低球心耐磨损特性,从而达到快速磨损消除球心的目的,为磨机腾出空间,以便加入新球,降低因为陶瓷球球心小球太多而导致磨机研磨效率低下的影响。
