The invention discloses a continuous asphalt paving method which comprises the following steps: sequentially constructing a lower layer: (1) a first base layer which is a cement stabilized macadam layer of 50-60cm; the second base layer is a cement stabilized macadam layer with the thickness of 20-30 cm; (3) prime coat: uniformly spraying prime coat oil; (4) layer sealing: modified emulsified asphalt with the thickness of 2-3 cm is adopted; (5) a first surface layer which is 6-7cm coarse grain type asphalt concrete; the second surface layer (6) is made of medium-grain asphalt concrete of 5-6 cm; the reinforcing net (7) is formed by weaving iron wires of 0.2 cm to 0.4 cm, and the mesh size of the reinforcing net is 5 cm to 10 cm; (8) a third surface layer, which is 2-4cm fine grain type modified asphalt concrete; the construction method is simple, the defects of existing asphalt can be remarkably overcome, on one hand, the heat conduction capacity of the asphalt pavement is improved through different specific heat of different layers, the temperature of the asphalt pavement in summer is reduced, the temperature of the asphalt pavement in winter is improved, the structural integration performance of the asphalt pavement is enhanced, and the strength of the asphalt pavement is enhanced; and the cracking condition of the asphalt pavement is reduced.
本发明公开了一种连续性沥青铺路方法,包括依次施工以下面层:①第一基层,为50cm~60cm的水泥稳定碎石层;②第二基层,为20cm~30cm的水泥稳定碎石层;③透层,为均匀喷洒的透层油;④封层,为2cm~3cm改性乳化沥青;⑤第一面层,为6cm~7cm粗粒式沥青混凝土;⑥第二面层,为5cm~6cm中粒式沥青混凝土;⑦加强网,为0.2cm~0.4cm铁丝编织的加强网,网孔尺寸5cm~10cm;⑧第三面层,为2cm~4cm细粒式改性沥青混凝土;该施工方法简单,能够显著改善现有沥青的缺点,一方面通过不同层的比热不同提高沥青路面的导热能力,降低夏季的沥青路面温度,提高冬季的沥青路面温度,并且增强沥青路面的结构一体化性能,增强沥青路面的强度,减少沥青路面的开裂情况。
