The invention discloses a walking type main cable horizontal transverse supporting device with a self-assembly and self-disassembly function and a construction method thereof. The transverse supporting device comprises a truss system, a main cable locking device, a jacking device, an auxiliary crane, a crane walking device and a synchronous control system. The truss system comprises initial truss sections and standard truss sections, and the standard truss sections are in the same direction and are connected to the ends of the initial truss sections through bolts. The lower part of the main cable locking device is fixed with the main cable, and the upper part is connected with the initial truss section through a bolt; one end of the jacking device is fixed with the main cable locking device, and the other end is connected with the initial truss section through a bolt; the crane walking device is arranged on the truss system and used for driving the auxiliary crane to move transversely. The auxiliary crane is located on the upper portion of the crane walking device and used for assisting in hoisting the standard truss section. The initial section and the standard section are combined for use, and the walking type jacking device is combined, so that the problems of long initial mounting cantilever, large load, poor stability, easiness in overturning and the like in a traditional cross brace are solved.
本发明公开了具有自安拆功能的步履式主缆水平横撑装置及其施工方法,横撑装置包括桁架系统、主缆锁紧装置、顶撑装置、辅助吊机、吊机行走装置和同步控制系统;桁架系统包括初始桁架节和标准桁架节,标准桁架节同向且插销连接在初始桁架节的端部;主缆锁紧装置的下部与主缆固定而上部与初始桁架节通过插销连接;顶撑装置一端与主缆锁紧装置固定而另一端与初始桁架节通过插销连接;吊机行走装置设于桁架系统上面用于带动辅助吊机横向移动;辅助吊机位于吊机行走装置上部,辅助吊机用于辅助吊运标准桁架节。本发明过初始节与标准节的组合使用,结合步履式顶撑装置,避免了传统横撑中初始安装悬臂长、荷载大、稳定性差、易倾覆等问题。
