The invention discloses a cleaning device for road pavement maintenance. The cleaning device further comprises a sweeping device, a flushing device and a collecting and crushing device. The collecting and crushing device further comprises a collecting device and a crushing device; the storage device further comprises a water storage tank and a garbage collecting and screening box. The rotary disc brooms of the device can synchronously and oppositely rotate to sweep garbage to the inner side of the vehicle body, so that the garbage is flushed to the rear part by the flushing device to be collected, and the problem that roadside garbage is manually swept and collected is solved; the water pump can be controlled to spray water for dust suppression, road garbage flushing and watering through the nozzle; the rolling sweeping mode can prevent large obstacles from impacting a broom, and the crushing device can crush the large obstacles in the garbage, so that the large obstacles are prevented from impacting the interior of the collecting device; and water in the garbage slurry can be filtered, collected and recycled.
