The method comprises the following steps that S1, leakage points of a separation type ship lock structural joint are determined; s2, a first partition hole and a second partition hole are marked on the two sides of the leakage point correspondingly, and a grouting hole is formed between the first partition hole and the second partition hole; s3, a first partition hole, a second partition hole and a grouting hole are vertically and upwards drilled in the perforation through a drilling tool; s4, grouting is conducted on the first partition hole and the second partition hole, gaps in the two sides of the first partition hole and the two sides of the second partition hole are filled, and an independent grouting area is formed between the first partition hole and the second partition hole; and S5, grouting is conducted on the grouting area through the grouting hole, and the grouting area is filled for leaking stoppage. In this way, leakage of the structural joint of the separated ship lock is treated on the downstream face.
