The invention discloses a high-pile gravity type bearing platform fan foundation installation method. The method comprises the following steps that a transportation barge transports a gravity type bearing platform with preset pile legs to a construction sea area, the pile legs are driven into a batholith bearing stratum, the gravity type bearing platform is lifted to the designed height, and after leveling and fixing are conducted, the pile legs and the gravity type bearing platform are consolidated; and the pile legs and the gravity type bearing platform are filled with ballast, after the designed ballast capacity is achieved, pile pressing is conducted on the pile legs, and fan foundation installation is completed. By adjusting the ballast capacity of the gravity type bearing platform and the pile leg, no pulling force exists at the end of the pile leg, and permanent pile end bearing force is provided for a fan foundation; pile leg lowering and self-positioning during piling are achieved through the gravity type bearing platform; through self constant ballast of the gravity type bearing platform and the pile legs and cooperation of the ballast water tank, it is guaranteed that the pile end bearing capacity of the fan foundation meets the requirement in the storm state; the high pile presetting technology is adopted, offshore self-installation can be achieved, large construction resources are not needed, the construction period is short, and the cost is low.
