The invention discloses a construction method for reusing an existing and old pile foundation, and relates to the technical field of construction. Comprising the following steps that S10, an old pile head is excavated and found in a construction site; s20, in the found old pile heads, the old PHC piles and the old cast-in-place piles are detected, and appearance detection, SIT integrity testing, DLT dynamic load testing, CCTV inspection and static load testing are conducted on the old PHC piles; pile body core drilling detection and pile bottom rock core drilling detection are conducted on the old cast-in-place pile; and S30, according to the detected result whether the old piles are effective or not, the positions, the sizes and the number of the new piles are determined according to the project construction requirements so as to meet the project requirements. According to the method, the old PHC piles and the old cast-in-place piles are detected, the qualified old piles are reused, the cost is saved, the construction period is shortened, the old piles are not removed, secondary disturbance to underground soil is avoided, and meanwhile other influences caused by the fact that new piles are too dense are avoided.
