The fabricated steel structure water intake tower comprises a tower barrel, a water intake gate and an opening and closing device, the tower barrel is formed by connecting a plurality of barrel bodies, and every two adjacent barrel bodies are detachably connected; any cylinder body comprises an inner cylinder, an outer cylinder and supporting ribs; a plurality of groups of water intakes are formed in the tower drum in the vertical direction, the water intakes are all formed in a drum body, a gate groove is fixed to the inner side wall of the drum body, and a water inlet gate is installed in the gate groove in a limited sliding mode; the opening and closing device is fixed to the top end of the tower barrel and used for controlling opening and closing of the water inlet gate. The requirement for layered water taking can be met, the problem that the ecological environment of a water receiving area is badly affected by low-temperature water is solved, an assembly type structure is adopted, machining and manufacturing are directly conducted in a factory, the construction period is shortened, and the structural quality of the steel structure water inlet tower can be guaranteed. And on the other hand, splicing and installation are directly carried out on site, meanwhile, the construction time is saved, and the irreversible adverse effect on the ecological environment of the reservoir area is relieved or eliminated to the maximum extent.
本发明公开一种可分层取水的装配式钢结构进水塔,包括塔筒、进水闸门和启闭设备,塔筒由若干节筒体连接组成,相邻两节筒体可拆卸连接;任一筒体均包括内筒、外筒和支撑肋;塔筒上沿竖直方向开设有若干组取水口,取水口均开设在筒体上,筒体的内侧壁上固定有闸门门槽,进水闸门限位滑动安装在闸门门槽内;启闭设备固定在塔筒顶端,启闭设备用于控制进水闸门的启闭。本发明不仅可满足分层取水的需求,解决受水区生态环境受低温水不良影响的问题,而且采用装配式结构,直接在工厂加工制造,既节省工期,又可确保钢结构进水塔结构质量。另一方面,直接在现场进行拼接并安装,同时节省施工时间,减轻或最大程度免除对库区生态环境不可逆的不良影响。
