Through conversion and utilization of water energy, electric energy consumed by operation of the pump station is effectively reduced, and the effect of reducing energy consumption is achieved; the flow speed of water flow in the water inlet pipeline is further increased through the filter material assembly in the water inlet pipeline, so that the electric energy conversion rate is increased, meanwhile, large-particle-size pebbles in the water flow are filtered, the situation that equipment is damaged due to the fact that the pebbles enter the hydro-generator is avoided, and the use safety of the equipment is improved; the sound insulation plate is arranged between the peripheral face of the pump room and the fixing frame, noise pollution of the pump station in the operation process is effectively reduced, and the problem that noise generated in the operation process of an existing pump station has negative effects on the surrounding environment and health of workers is solved.
