By designing the outer hoop type connecting joint of the rectangular tubular column, on one hand, the requirement for structural strength is met, meanwhile, multiple sections of the whole square tubular column are prevented from being broken, and the straightness of components is guaranteed; and on the other hand, welding of full penetration flaw detection welding seams of the rectangular pipe column and the through type diaphragm plate is avoided, outer hoop connecting plate fillet welding seam connection is adopted, full penetration of the joints is changed into fillet welding seams, so that a welding robot can participate in welding, and the welding efficiency is improved.
