The invention belongs to the technical field of decorative materials, and particularly relates to a composite floor and a preparation method thereof. The composite floor comprises a composite floor body 1 or a composite floor body 2. The composite floor 1 comprises a functional composite film, a transparent adhesive layer, a pattern layer and a base plate which are sequentially stacked from top to bottom. The composite floor 2 comprises a color functional film, an adhesive layer and a base plate which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom in a stacked mode. The color functional film comprises a functional composite film and a printing film which are laminated, and the printing film is in contact with the adhesive layer; the functional composite film comprises an enamel layer, a radiation curing layer and a high-molecular transparent film which are sequentially stacked from top to bottom, the radiation curing layer comprises an ultraviolet curing coating or a reactive polyurethane coating; the glaze layer comprises a composite glaze layer composed of a ground glaze layer and a cover glaze layer or the cover glaze layer; the ground coat layer is in contact with the radiation curing layer. The composite floor can be prepared from different base materials to achieve the ceramic tile effect, and wear resistance and scratch resistance are excellent.
