The invention discloses a wall connecting piece and a wall connecting structure and method thereof, and relates to the technical field of building construction. A wall connecting piece comprises a connecting rod and a connecting steel pipe. The connecting rod comprises a pre-buried section used for being pre-buried in a concrete wall and an external thread section connected with the pre-buried section. The connecting steel pipe is arranged on the external thread section in a sleeving manner and is in threaded connection with the external thread section. According to the wall connecting piece, when a concrete wall is poured, only the hole with the diameter slightly larger than that of the external thread section needs to be formed in the position, right opposite to the external thread section of the connecting rod, of the outer wall formwork, a hole with the diameter directly larger than the outer diameter of the connecting steel pipe does not need to be formed in the outer wall formwork, and compared with the prior art, the diameter of the hole formed in the outer wall formwork is reduced; and the damage to the outer wall template is reduced.
