Each sliding supporting assembly comprises a sliding seat and a swing arm, the swing arm is hinged to the sliding seat through a hinge shaft, one end of the swing arm is hinged to the door and window sash, the door and window sash can move in the first direction through the action of the swing arm so as to move out of the door and window frame, and the first direction is the thickness direction of the door and window sash; all the sliding seats are arranged at intervals in the second direction and can linearly slide in the second direction, and the second direction is the sliding direction of the door and window sash; and the middle connecting rod is fixedly connected between the two adjacent sliding seats so as to enable the two adjacent sliding seats to slide synchronously. The two sides of the door and window sash and the position between the two sides of the door and window sash can be supported by the sliding seat and the swing arm, the supporting strength of the door and window sash outside the door and window frame is improved, and the problem that the door and window sash inclines and even crushes the swing arm due to insufficient supporting strength after being moved out of the door and window frame can be avoided as far as possible; the door and window frame can adapt to door and window sashes with large sizes and heavy weights.
