The invention provides a simulated personnel airlock device and a working method thereof, the device comprises a simulated personnel airlock and a sealing gate, the simulated personnel airlock is installed in a containment, and the sealing gate is located on the outer side of the containment; the simulated personnel airlock comprises a sealing door, a sealing ring I, a shell section, a hinge mechanism, a locking mechanism, a sealing ring II and a leakage monitoring system, the sealing door comprises a door plate and a door frame, the door plate and the door frame are sealed, and the door frame is welded to the front side of the shell section; the hinge mechanism is connected with the door frame and the door plate and used for rotating the door plate around the door frame. The locking mechanism is connected with the sealing door and is used for realizing opening and closing of the simulation personnel air lock; the sealing gate comprises an end socket and a manhole, and the manhole serves as an access channel for testers and is welded to the rear side of the end socket in an inserted mode; a cylinder is connected between the simulation personnel gate and the sealing gate, and the two sides of the cylinder are in butt welding with the rear side of the shell ring and the front side of the end socket respectively. The structure integrity and the sealing performance of the containment boundary at the gate can be kept.
