The invention relates to a carbon dioxide circulation treatment system and method.The system comprises a pressure reducing device, a first reactor, a second reactor, a purifier and a pressurizing device, each of the first reactor and the second reactor is provided with an air inlet, an air outlet, a feeding port and a discharging port, and the purifier is provided with an air inlet, an air outlet and a discharging port; an inlet of the pressure reducing device is communicated with a carbon dioxide storage source, an outlet of the pressure reducing device is communicated with air inlets of the first reactor and the second reactor, an air outlet of the first reactor is communicated with an air inlet of the purifier, and an air outlet of the purifier is communicated with an inlet of the pressurizing device. An outlet of the supercharging device is communicated with air inlets of the first reactor and the second reactor, and an air outlet of the second reactor is communicated with an air inlet of the purifier. According to the method, the high-pressure and high-concentration carbon dioxide can be continuously and circularly treated by adopting the quenched and tempered steel slag powder, the treatment efficiency is improved, large-scale and industrialized industrial utilization is easy to form, and the technological process is simple and easy to implement.
