The invention discloses an environment-friendly phosphogypsum-based cementing material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, respectively drying cement and quick lime with the particle size of 0-0.75 mm in a drying oven at 105 DEG C for 4-6 hours; s2, stirring the curing agent until the bottom of the curing agent has no precipitate or viscous body; s3, uniformly stirring and mixing ardealite, cement, quick lime and a curing agent to obtain the ardealite-based gel material. According to the environment-friendly ardealite-based cementing material and the preparation method thereof, industrial waste residue ardealite is used in concrete, so that the cost of using cement is reduced, harmlessness and reutilization of ardealite resources are realized, and the prepared novel concrete can replace traditional concrete to be applied to road ancillary facilities.
本发明公开了一种环境友好型磷石膏基胶凝材料及其制备方法,制备方法包括如下步骤:S1、将粒径为0~0.75mm的水泥、生石灰分别置于105℃烘箱中干燥4~6h;S2、对固化剂进行搅拌处理,搅拌至固化剂底部无沉淀及粘稠状体;S3、将磷石膏、水泥、生石灰、固化剂搅拌混匀,得到磷石膏基凝胶材料。本发明采用上述一种环境友好型磷石膏基胶凝材料及其制备方法,将工业废渣磷石膏使用于混凝土中,减少使用水泥的成本,并且实现了磷石膏资源的无害化和再利用,所制备的新型混凝土可以代替传统混凝土应用于道路附属设施中。
