The invention relates to the technical field of carbon fiber composite materials, and discloses a method for preparing a carbon fiber reinforced ceramic-based composite material, the carbon fiber reinforced ceramic-based composite material and application of the carbon fiber reinforced ceramic-based composite material. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out first dipping and first curing on a carbon fiber woven body in an organosilicon polymer dispersion liquid, carrying out second dipping and second curing in a ceramic precursor solution, and carrying out heat treatment on a product to obtain the carbon fiber reinforced ceramic-based composite material, the difference value delta W between the mass W1 of the carbon fiber woven body and the mass W2 of the carbon fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composite material is not greater than 1wt% of W1; the organic silicon polymer dispersion liquid contains an organic silicon polymer and inorganic particles selected from silicon carbide and/or boron carbide; the ceramic precursor solution contains a composite precursor of polysilazane and polysiloxane. According to the method, the inorganic particles are added into the organic silicon polymer dispersion liquid, and the low-viscosity ceramic precursor solution is adopted for impregnation, so that the prepared composite material is high in density, and the yield of the ceramic material is high.
本发明涉及碳纤维复合材料技术领域,公开了一种制备碳纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料的方法、碳纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料及应用。该方法包括将碳纤维编织体于有机硅聚合物分散液中进行第一浸渍、第一固化,再于陶瓷前驱体溶液中进行第二浸渍、第二固化,对产物热处理得到碳纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料;碳纤维编织体质量W1与碳纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料质量W2的差值ΔW不大于W1的1wt%;有机硅聚合物分散液含有机硅聚合物和选自碳化硅和/或碳化硼的无机颗粒;陶瓷前驱体溶液中含聚硅氮烷和聚硅氧烷的复合前驱体。该方法在有机硅聚合物分散液中添加无机颗粒,且采用低粘度的陶瓷前驱体溶液进行浸渍,制得的复合材料致密度高,陶瓷材料产率高。
