The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted large-span emergency mechanized suspension bridge which comprises a carrier loader, a frame is arranged on the carrier loader, a bearing frame is arranged on the frame, the frame is hinged to one end of the bearing frame, and the bearing frame is used for bearing a suspension bridge body; the suspension bridge body comprises a first bridge floor and a second bridge floor which are hinged to each other, the second bridge floor can be folded above the first bridge floor to form a storage state, the second bridge floor can be unfolded and located on the same horizontal plane with the first bridge floor to form an erection state, and the suspension bridge body in the erection state can be erected at positions such as rivers and gullies to be used as a temporary bridge. The suspension bridge is ingenious in structural design and high in automation degree, and the difficulty of loading, unloading and erecting of the suspension bridge body is reduced through cooperation of the inclined bearing frame and the winch assembly during bridging; the suspension bridge body is stored or unfolded in a folding mode, the span of the suspension bridge body is increased while transportation is facilitated, meanwhile, the suspension bridge body can be continuously erected, and the use environment is expanded.
