The invention discloses a three-limb star-shaped pedestrian landscape bridge steel beam erecting and closure construction method. The method comprises the steps that firstly, a trestle and multiple sets of temporary supports are erected at designed positions in water; the steel beam comprises a star-shaped section used for connecting the three arch limbs and arch limb sections forming the arch limbs, the star-shaped section is hoisted to a temporary support at the designed position through a trestle and a crane, then the three arch limbs are constructed at the same time, the arch limb sections of each arch limb are hoisted from the star-shaped section to the shoreside and from the shoreside to the star-shaped section at the same time, and the arch limbs are constructed at the same time; closing the middle parts of the arch limbs; after the arch limb sections are hoisted to the temporary support, an adjuster is installed to adjust the positions of the arch limb sections to the designed positions, then the arch limb sections are welded to the star-shaped sections, and the adjacent arch limb sections are welded to each other; and after the three arch limbs are all hoisted, the three arch limbs are subjected to prestress tension arching at the same time, and then the adjustor and the temporary support are dismantled. The hoisting device has the effect of improving the hoisting precision and hoisting efficiency of the steel beam.
