The invention discloses a multifunctional supporting structure of a steel truss girder, which relates to the field of steel bridge design and comprises a lower chord member and a support base plate, the lower chord member comprises a lower chord member bottom plate, and the lower chord member bottom plate extends towards the two sides of the lower chord member; the support base plate is arranged at the bottom of the lower chord bottom plate, and the support base plate is connected with the extension areas on the two sides of the lower chord bottom plate through bolts; wherein each corner of the top of the bottom plate of the lower chord member is provided with a jacking assembly, and the jacking assemblies are connected with the lower chord member. The bottom plate of the lower chord member is extended, and the extended bottom plate of the lower chord member is in bolted connection with the base plate, so that a worker can screw a bolt without entering the lower chord member, and the weakening of the mechanical property of the chord member caused by additionally arranging a manhole is avoided; in addition, the jacking assemblies are arranged at the corners of the top of the bottom plate of the lower chord, the structure of the lower chord is fully utilized, and space is saved.
