The invention belongs to the technical field of hydropower engineering, and discloses a deep-coverage trenchless arch dam foundation in hilly and mountainous areas and a reinforcing method thereof, an arch dam site is determined by combining terrain, geological conditions and a hydropower engineering hub arrangement scheme, and the dam type is determined to be a hyperbolic arch dam by combining hydrology, hydraulic power, retaining dam functions and bearing requirements. Three underground diaphragm walls are arranged on the upstream, the middle and the downstream of the arch dam base; according to dam foundation stress, arch dam seepage capacity and seepage deformation prevention and control requirements, high-pressure jet grouting is adopted in an anti-seepage wall and the upstream and downstream edges, a dam foundation is comprehensively treated through a hydraulic grouting technology, and finally the dam foundation and a riverbed covering layer form a composite dam foundation to meet corresponding engineering technical requirements. The non-excavation technology and the grouting technology are adopted for the arch dam foundation, the excavation engineering amount of a dam foundation covering layer and the slope cutting engineering amount of the two banks are reduced, and the risks of instability and collapse of upstream and downstream bank slopes of a foundation pit, flood prevention and flood crossing in the construction period and the like are avoided in the implementation process.
