Pile foundation offset compensation construction method for secondary grouting
The invention discloses a secondary grouting pile foundation offset compensation construction method. The method comprises the steps that firstly, materials are prepared, a reinforcement cage is bound, and a grating type geotextile bag with a grouting pipe is prepared; then, an open excavation method is adopted for foundation pit construction, and a steel sheet pile support is arranged; a steel sheet pile support is used as a formwork, a reinforcement cage is lowered, and pouring construction is conducted after optical fibers are pre-buried in the reinforcement cage; after the initial setting of the pile foundation, removing the steel sheet pile support, installing a plurality of grid-type geotechnical cloth bags around the pile foundation, and filling soil and backfilling after the installation; the pre-embedded optical fiber is connected with an optical fiber strain monitor to form a pile foundation offset monitoring device; and the inclination deviation of the pile foundation is monitored through the pile foundation deviation monitoring device, when the inclination deviation of the optical fibers reaches a set threshold value, grouting is conducted on the corresponding grid type geotechnical cloth bags through the grouting pipes, and the pile foundation is extruded through grouting pressure for compensation and correction. The method has the advantages of simple construction, short period, low cost, real-time monitoring and controllability. And high-precision correction can be carried out without relying on experience of constructors.
本发明公开了一种二次注浆的桩基偏移补偿施工方法,首先进行材料准备,绑扎钢筋笼和制备带有注浆管的格栅式土工布袋;然后采用明挖法进行基坑施工,并设置钢板桩支护;利用钢板桩支护作为模板,下放钢筋笼,在钢筋笼内预埋光纤后进行浇注施工;桩基初凝后,拆除钢板桩支护,在桩基四周安装多个栅式土工布袋,安装完后,进行装土回填;将预埋的光纤与光纤应变监测仪相连,组成桩基偏移监测装置;通过桩基偏移监测装置监测桩基倾斜偏移,当光纤倾斜偏移达到设定阈值时,通过注浆管对相应的栅式土工布袋进行注浆,通过注浆压力挤压桩基进行补偿校正。本发明施工简单,周期短,成本低,实时监测,可控化。不依赖施工人员经验即可进行高精度修正。
