The invention discloses an open caisson posture real-time monitoring system which comprises an open caisson inclination measuring device and a remote monitoring end which are in wireless connection. Wherein the open caisson inclination measuring device is fixedly connected with the outer side wall of the open caisson, the open caisson inclination measuring device is vertically arranged along the side wall of the open caisson, and the arrangement angle of the open caisson inclination measuring device is always kept consistent with the inclination angle of the open caisson; numbering the outer side wall of the open caisson at equal intervals in the circumferential direction; and the open caisson inclination measuring device sends inclination angle information of the open caisson to the remote monitoring end in real time, and when the open caisson inclines, the open caisson inclination measuring device sends inclination early warning information to the remote monitoring end and sends the number corresponding to the inclination position of the open caisson together. According to the method, real-time dynamic monitoring of the posture of the open caisson is achieved, an alarm is given in time when the open caisson inclines, the deflection direction of the open caisson can be visually achieved, deviation rectification excavation is guided, and excessive inclination of the open caisson can be effectively avoided.
