The invention relates to the technical field of sewage treatment, in particular to a sewage conveying system and a pipeline sediment flushing method.The sewage conveying system comprises a sewage pipeline and a pipeline flushing mechanism, the pipeline flushing mechanism comprises a water conveying pipeline, a first control valve and a water pump, and the water conveying pipeline comprises a main pipeline; the other end is communicated with the sewage pipeline; the water pump and the first control valve are both arranged on the main pipeline, and the water pump is used for adjusting the water flow velocity in the main pipeline so that the water flow velocity in the main pipeline is not smaller than 0.5 m/s; the first control valve is used for connecting or disconnecting the main pipeline and the sewage pipeline, so that water flow with enough impact force is used for carrying out hydraulic scouring with certain strength on the sewage pipeline, and most of florae distributed in middle and surface layers of pipeline sediments can be scoured away; further, the reproduction metabolism and growth states of florae such as methanogens and sulfate reducing bacteria are destroyed, so that the release of harmful substances is reduced.
