Construction process of fabricated steel frame house
The invention provides a construction process of an assembly type steel frame house, which comprises the following steps of: (a) after a foundation and a ground layer are built, respectively mounting a plurality of first-layer steel upright posts at preset positions of the foundation; (b) a plurality of first-layer EPS cavity modules are arranged and stacked on the outer wall foundation, cavities of the first-layer EPS cavity modules are filled with filling materials, and each first-layer steel stand column installed on the outer wall foundation penetrates through the cavity, stacked at the preset position of the foundation, of the first-layer EPS cavity module; (c) after the first-layer EPS cavity modules are stacked at the floor elevation position and filled with filling materials, first-layer steel beams are used for being connected with first-layer steel stand columns, and the two first-layer steel beams inserted between the first-layer steel stand columns of the first-layer EPS cavity modules are embedded into a cavity of the first-layer EPS cavity module at the top; and (d) building a floor slab or a roof cover above the first-layer steel beam. According to the EPS module house, the indoor space of the EPS module house can be greatly increased while the building speed of the house is guaranteed.
