The invention provides a granary rigid waterproof construction method. The granary rigid waterproof construction method comprises the steps that cleaning is conducted; leveling mortar is smeared; the leveling mortar comprises 20w% of cement, 50w% of sand and 13w% of water; a waterproof agent is brushed, and a waterproof layer with the thickness not smaller than 1 mm is formed on the outer wall face or the inner wall face of the wall; the waterproof layer is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 6 to 20 percent of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate, 1.2 to 18 percent of oleoyl polypeptide compound, 5 to 15 percent of silicate, 20 to 40 percent of calcium hydroxide and 7 to 67.8 percent of water; waterproof mortar is smeared; the anti-seepage mortar layer comprises 20w% of cement, 60w% of sand, 13w% of water and a waterproof agent accounting for 0.2-0.25 w% of the weight of the cement; and after the anti-seepage mortar layer is solidified and dried, a decorative surface layer is additionally arranged. The rigid waterproof layer and the concrete structure self-waterproof layer are adopted as two waterproof fortification of a water-based mud material, the compatibility of the rigid waterproof layer and the concrete structure self-waterproof layer is good, the quality defects of water channeling, cracks, honeycomb dog holes and the like are fundamentally overcome, concrete cracking is reduced, the concrete strength and the impermeability and waterproof performance are improved, and therefore the waterproof leakage problem of a building roof is radically solved.
本发明提供了一种粮仓刚性防水施工方法,方法包括:清理;涂抹找平砂浆;找平砂浆包括:20w%水泥、50w%砂、13w%水;涂刷防水剂,对墙体外墙面或内墙面形成厚度不小于1mm的防水层;防水层包括:6‑20w%十二烷基苯磺酸钠、1.2‑18w%油酰基多肽复合物、5‑15w%硅酸盐、20‑40w%氢氧化钙和7‑67.8w%水;涂抹防水砂浆;防渗砂浆层包括20w%水泥、60w%砂子、13w%水以及水泥重量的0.2‑0.25w%的防水剂;待防渗砂浆层凝固干燥后,加装装饰面层。本发明采用刚性防水层与混凝土结构自防水同为水基泥材质的两道防水设防,二者相容性好,从根源上解决了“窜水”、“裂缝”、“蜂窝狗洞”等质量缺陷,降低混凝土开裂,提高混凝土强度和抗渗防水性能,从而根治建筑屋面防水渗漏问题。
