The invention provides a shear wall and under-window filler wall junction connecting structure which comprises a shear wall and an under-window wall which are formed by concrete pouring and are integrally arranged, and a shear wall thermal insulation body and an under-window wall thermal insulation body are arranged in the shear wall and the under-window wall respectively. The end faces of the two sides of the shear wall heat preservation body and the end faces of the two sides of the window lower wall heat preservation body are provided with telescopic connecting pieces and groove bodies respectively, clamping connecting pieces are arranged in the groove bodies, sliding grooves are formed in the clamping connecting pieces, and telescopic connecting pieces are arranged in the sliding grooves. By additionally arranging the telescopic connecting piece and the clamping connecting piece on the shear wall heat preservation body and the window lower wall heat preservation body, the shear wall heat preservation body and the window lower wall heat preservation body can be seamlessly connected, and when the shear wall and the window lower wall are poured, it can be well guaranteed that gaps or deformation cannot be generated at the splicing position of the shear wall and the window lower wall.
