The longitudinal space on a limited plane is fully utilized, the two floors are communicated through the climbing lane, the outer ring parking area is further arranged on the outer ring side of the climbing lane, the longitudinal space is further utilized, and the number of contained vehicles is increased. Therefore, the linear distance from the get-off position of more passengers to the entrance of the high-speed rail station is reduced, and the walking time of the passengers is also reduced.
