Excavator provided with vibrating screen integrated bucket and laying system
The excavator pile turning and laying system is characterized by comprising an excavator provided with the vibrating screen integrated excavator bucket, a laying machine and a control system, the vibrating screen integrated excavator bucket comprises an excavator bucket body, more than one layer of screen cloth arranged in the excavator bucket body, a vibrating source, a screened object bypass channel and a cover plate. The laying machine comprises a shell, a full-length output port is formed in the shell, closers are evenly distributed along the inner side of the output port, and a roller conveying array is arranged at the bottom of the shell. The width of a working face is increased by connecting flange end faces at the two ends of the shell. More than one group of spiral driving wheels are uniformly distributed at the bottom of the shell. The vibrating screen integrated excavator bucket moves to a laying position after excavating soil every time, a bottom cover plate is opened to output soil as a plough layer, and then layered laying is performed according to the requirement that the smaller the particle size is, the higher the position is to form a foundation; leveling and compacting while laying; and synchronously paving more than one layer of waterproof material by using a paving machine. The water barrier material blocks movement of water between the plowing layer above it and the foundation below it.
